Make Your Next Big Leap
A BODY-LED APPROACH TO GET OUT OF YOUR OWN WAY.
but feels heavy in your body.
Stop settling for a life that looks good on paper
I help you release the physical grip that keeps you stuck, so you can stop fighting yourself and start leading with ease.
Why your big move feels like an uphill battle.
You’ve done the mindset work.
You’ve read the books.
But every time you reach for more (more joy, more impact, more visibility) your body hits the breaks.
It usually feels like:
The Invisible Brake: You know exactly what to do, but you find yourself fixating on small, safe tasks…instead of your big leap.
The Success Weight: Your life looks "good on paper," but your body feels heavy, tense, or perpetually "burnt-out."
The Internal Friction: One foot on the gas, one foot on the brake, leaving you exhausted before the day even begins.
This isn’t a lack of discipline.
It’s a somatic survival strategy. Your nervous system is trying to protect you from the very expansion you’re craving.
The Path to Ease
How we dissolve the internal friction
expand your capacity
and unlock your momentum.
Expand & Embody
With the brakes released, we widen your Somatic Capacity. We train your nervous system to hold more joy, more visibility, and more impact without short-circuiting. Your breakthroughs become the foundation of how you actually live.
The Shift: From a cycle of "climb and crash" to a sustainable, expansive way of being.
The Goal: Celebrating your growth to anchor the change, making your "Next Big Leap" feel like home.
Resolve & Shift
Listen & Discover
Before we can move, we have to decode the specific "grip" your body uses to keep you safe. We shift from "thinking" about your problems to listening to the somatic signals that are actually running the show.
The Shift: From "Why am I like this?" to "Oh, this is how my body is protecting me."
The Goal: Gaining the clarity to name what you actually want, beyond the old stories of what you thought was possible.
This is where the internal friction dissolves. Using body-led tools, we resolve the subconscious survival strategies that act as a "brake" on your expansion. We don't just talk about change; we create the safety your nervous system needs to finally let go.
The Shift: From "white-knuckling" your way through life to moving with natural, unforced momentum.
The Goal: Uncoupling your achievements from the "Success Weight" of burnout and exhaustion.
Somatic growth is a spiral, not a straight line. We return to these phases with more wisdom and more capacity each time.

About Your Coach
Certified Big Leap Coach & Somatic Practitioner
I know what it feels like to long for a life that feels more joyful, yet stand in the face of the resistance and fear that comes with trying something new. For a long time, I didn't think it was possible to truly love my life. Through somatic work, I found that it is.
As a Certified Big Leap Coach, I was trained directly by pioneers Dr. Gay and Kathlyn Hendricks in their proven Quantum Coaching System. My mission is to help you tap into your full-body wisdom and reclaim the inherent power we aren't always taught to believe we have—especially as women and People of Color.
I’ve taken many Big Leaps myself over the last decade. Now, I’m here to help you dissolve the friction and create a life that feels authentically, powerfully yours.
Ready is a decision,
not a feeling.
When we’re standing on the edge of a significant leap, it is a natural, very human response for doubt to arise. Our brains are wired to keep us safe in the familiar—even when what’s familiar is no longer what we desire.
Resistance doesn’t mean you’re not ready. It is usually a sign that you are stepping into real change.
If you are still reading, there is a part of you that is craving more. This is the moment where wishing for change becomes a conscious commitment. I am here to support you through this threshold, every step of the way.
Frequently asked questions
-
While both coaching and therapy support your personal growth, they serve different purposes:
Focus: Therapy often explores the past to heal old wounds or trauma. Coaching is firmly rooted in the present and future, focusing on where you are now and where you want to go.
Perspective: Therapy is often a clinical relationship focused on healing and diagnosis. Coaching is a co-creative partnership rooted in the belief that you are already whole, capable, and resourceful.
The Goal: If therapy is about moving from "suffering" to "functional," coaching is about moving from "functional" to "extraordinary." Coaching is not about "fixing" you, I am here to help you create the life YOU most want.
Scope: I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Coaching is an investment in your expansion and self-mastery.
